Our design service starts with your individual ideas and desires for your home. We will discuss your ideas and budget, so our team can design the best possible design within your budget, using your ideas and ours. We will provide an estimated construction cost and design fee proposal. If you wish to proceed we will arrange a concept sketch as well as a fixed price quotation. Once we have the final plans (ie your house plans have been approved by council) you will be asked to make a selection of interior & exterior finishes for your home. You will be asked to sign a Home Building Agreement so that construction can commence. Everything is spelled out up-front. No hidden costs.Guarantee
Building or renovating your home is one of the biggest investments that you will ever undertake, we at Dancon Homes have come up with 5 simple guarantee’s to give you peace of mind, and take out the stress that can often be associated with building a new home or renovation. We want you to be as excited, as we are proud of your new home.Communication
We guarantee weekly communication via email or phone keeping you up to date on current and future progress, as well scheduled fortnightly on-site meetings so you can see the progress for yourself, see how your new home is coming together and have any queries you may have, answered on site.Fixed price contract
We guarantee a fixed price contract; we sit down with you and guide you through material and color selections before we sign contracts, so all costs are worked out up front, giving you peace of mind that there are no hidden charges. In the case where you may want a change during construction we guarantee an open book policy, showing you the receipted cost, plus our normal builder’s margin.Fixed term Contract

We guarantee our workmanship, using only licensed and insured tradesman that have come to know the high quality of work that we expect; we conduct a quality check after each trade as well as a 20 point quality assurance check before handover.Construction guarantee
All material’s used and workmanship is built to Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia. We have a 3 month maintenance guaranteeand a 10 year structural guarantee giving you peace of mind that if there was a problem to arise you will be covered as easily and reliably as during the construction period. - "We recently engaged Dancon Homes to carry out renovations to a semi-detached cottage in Randwick. The work involved partial demolition of the rear part of the semi and rebuilding a new kitchen, bathroom and living area as well as extensive work to the remainder of the property.
